Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program
PROGRAM GOAL
Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program services are offered on an individual, flexible, around the clock basis.
The services are client centered and offered on a drop in basis in the client’s home, and on a structured basis
through our Day Program. Individuals who are eligible based on diagnosis and financial criteria work with a Community
Support Specialist to choose a program which will help them meet the goal of preventing institutionalization,
and living an active and productive life within the community.
SERVICES
- Day Program.
- Drop-In Center.
- Linkage to community resources.
- Linkage to psychiatrists and therapists.
- Help with life skills.
- Help finding housing.
- Financial management assistance.
- Assistance with social skills.
ELIGIBILITY
If you have been diagnosed with a major mental illness and have either Medical Assistance
or otherwise qualify for the public mental health system in the State of Maryland you may :
- Come in and refer yourself
- Request a referral through your psychiatrist or psychologist
