PROGRAM GOAL
The goal of the Residential Program is to provide supervised housing to individuals while they are working on their mental health goals.
SERVICES
Southern Maryland Community Network's Residential Program provides the following types of housing support services:
- Assistance with developing daily living skills
- Assistance with developing self care skills
- Provides links to community resources
- Develops a network of natural supports
- Provides necessary and appropriate housing support
ELIGIBILITY
The Residential Program will provide services to adults living in Calvert County who are diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness. Please contact the Coordinator for qualification of this program.
GENERAL HOUSING
Southern Maryland Community Network's general level housing offers the residents of this program receive flexible drop-in support by staff members. Houses are rented to consumers who choose this housing option on an individual basis-the individuals hold the rent agreement!.
INTENSIVE LEVEL HOUSING
Southern Maryland Community Network's intensive level housing provides 24/7 supervised coverage with in the community. The individuals that live in these environments are still independent and are able to make their own educated choice.
