SMCN employees are responsible for providing assistance to individuals with mental health needs.  Employees assist consumers with developing and enhancing their daily living skills; and reconnecting them to their natural supports within their community.
 
Qualifications:
•  A Bachelor's Degree is required for Community Support Specialists
and Case Managers.
 
•  A High School Diploma or equivalent is required,
A.A. preferred for Residential Support Specialists.
 
•  Flexibility in scheduling a MUST; excellent verbal
communication skills required.  
 
•  Must be able to pass a background investigation
and have a clean driving record with no more than 2 points. 
•  All applicants are required to take a pre-employment drug test.  
Fingerprinting may be necessary for some positions.
 
•  Qualified individuals must be able to work with families,
individuals of all ages, and community agencies in a
professional manner.
