Southern Maryland Community Network, established in 1981, is a 501(c) 3 private nonprofit organization. SMCN programs and services provide a vital link between individuals with mental health needs, their families and our community. Each successful integration enhances the quality of life for both the individual and the community. Your contribution will help support and expand our community based services. These services include:
- Adult Crisis Services
- Residential
- Psycatric Rehabilitation-Community Based
- Targeted Case Management
- Supported Employment
- In-Home Intervention Program
